wearing: 'Rockin' Robin' pants, MCR tee and check/denim jacket. (it's not Christmas nor morning).

anticipating: the plans for my fun-packed month with Paul and getting this exam over with.

baking: currently not baking anything but last thing I baked was pink macaroons.

reading: 'Understanding Maths', 'Physics for Dummies', 'E=mc2' and probably a few others. I juggle a lot.

loving: The Sun, pretty dresses, the Carl Sagan community.

buying: I'm being good this month.

Hey, it's Monday!

I sound thrilled, as you can tell. Only a short blog to update a little. 

I have an exam tomorrow that I am slightly anxious about but I think I will be ok. I have today, tonight and tomorrow up until about 6pm to properly prepare. After the exam has finished, I skip away from college and enjoy April with my loverly boyfriend; he works in a school and only has to go in a couple of days in April.

Things I have to look forward.

-End of exam (joy)

-A whole month away from college

-My birthday on April 23rd

-Fun times to be had

-The sun that is currently making an appearance here in the UK

-Thrifting discoveries

-Bike rides

-Picnics in the park

There is so much stuff I want to plan and it all begins this weekend.

Lately me and my boyfriend have been arguing quite a bit because of him working 40 hour weeks and me being stressed over college, doing test paper after test paper in preparation for it. Things are starting to look up a little now that we have some time together to have fun and make memories.

Cardboard City

One time I made a cardboard box for my kitties, below you can see the unfinished version. When it was completed it had a window box on the side with flowers in. It was a great hit with the cats and we soon made another one to go with it, this time much more complicated.

'Cardboard City' originated from this and the time period in my life. I was feeling very creative and had lots of cardboard spare, hence why we had two big cat house.

Both of them have gone now (not the cats)! The cats didn't use them anymore except for when they needed something to sharpen their claws on.

I'm thinking about making some more but will have to find the time to search for old boxes.

I haven't been able to tear my ears from this beautiful music by She & Him, shame they only have two albums. I have a huge crush on Zooey DeChanel, she seems honest and has a stunning, simple, classic voice. Can I keep her?

I have to include my little Wes in this post because he has been awfully sweet to me this week; as he is every week but can be grumpy sometimes. I caught this unforgiving photo of him but I promise he is super snuggly in real life. ;)

Japan

The past week for Japan has been devastating, the morning the tsunami hit all I remember doing was lying in bed watching the continuous reports of the devastations roll in. I was shocked as were millions of people around the world.

I have new glasses, which I was completely opposed to at first but now I love them, except I don't like having to clean them all the time, do you have this problem?

I posed with a shark.. not a real one.

I saw My Chemical Romance, not just once but TWICE. I've been a fan of them for 6 years and it was great getting to see them perform live again. (I will do another post on them some other day).

My boyfriend bought us an iPad. (we've had the iMac and MBP for some time).

I got my first tattoo, it's a quote by Carl Sagan and it's means everything to me. Hoping to get tattooed again in the next few weeks.

Not much else has happened, mostly because I'm in college and my boyfriend in work. He gets 6 weeks off in summer (he works at a school) and I can't wait for it to arrive.

Where have I been?

I haven't updated in a while because I have been pretty busy, started out at college again, I went from studying Graphic Design to now studying Mathematics and Physics, which is major strain on the brain and my social life.

I've been blogging here mostly and been tweeting a lot here., feel free to follow. I will definitely try and blog as much as I can on here because I put so much effort into personalising the theme and it's a place where I can store all my memories and musings.

Since I went back to college I have been living on Tumblr, I run three blogs all by myself and each one has a large following.
